"Backyard Barbeque" is a mini Farscape comic originally packaged with the 2013 Blu-ray release of the complete series. It was later included with Archaia's Free Comic Book Day collection Mouse Guard, Labyrinth, and Other Stories in 2014, retitled "Backyard Barbecue."

Synopsis

The Moya crew is in the midst of battle with a fire-breathing Sheyang when a Coreeshi vessel lands on the planet to claim the bounty on the crew's heads. Within his mind, Crichton has a barbecue with Harvey, sparking an idea.

Determined to kill the crew himself, the Sheyang blocks the Coreeshi's path, giving Crichton an oportunity to instigate a fight between them. The Coreeshi shrinks the Sheyang and stores him in its armor, but, like all mortally-wounded Sheyang, he explodes, killing both himself and the Coreeshi from inside.
