Pennoch is a high-ranking Scarran soldier who appears in four fourth season Farscape episodes. He serves under Ahkna, the Scarran War Minister and his lover.
Pennoch is first seen accompanying Ahkna to the meeting between the Peacekeepers and Scarrans in "Bringing Home the Beacon." However, under Ahkna's orders, Pennoch attacks Braca and kills several PK soldiers. After capturing Grayza and Braca, Ahkna promises Pennoch that he can kill the latter. Though the two escape Scarran custody, Pennoch is successful in apprehending Aeryn Sun and replacing her with a bioloid.
Pennoch is later present on Katratzi. After Katratzi and the Scarran's supply of Crystherium Utilia is blown up, Staleek sends Pennoch on a mission to Earth to get more of the flower. Pennoch travels through a wormhole, but Crichton manages to seal it up, and Pennoch's ship is destroyed.
