Grayza in Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars.
"Together Again for the First Time"
Commandant Mele-On Grayza is a Peacekeeper commander. She made her debut in the third season Farscape episode "Lambs to the Slaughter."
Her secret weapon is a Heppel gland that she had implanted in her chest; this gland secretes oil that makes her nearly irresistible.
Seasons 3-4
Grayza is introduced as a PK higher-up who is tired of Scorpius' inability to capture the Moya crew and his fruitless wormhole project. She would rather bargain with the Scarrans than further antagonize them.
During season four, however, Grayza has become entranced by the idea of wormholes. In order to secure peace with the Scarrans, she exaggerates Peacekeeper military superiority and claims they are in possession of wormhole weapons. In spite of her attempts to semi-diplomatically resolve the Scarran situation, Grayza consistently fails.
Her frustration comes to a head during "La Bomba," in which negotiations with the Scarrans have broken down. After she prepares to launch an attack on the Scarrans, Braca relieves Grayza of duty.
The Peacekeeper Wars
By the time of The Peacekeeper Wars, Grayza has reclaimed her title of commandant. She's also become pregnant and begun a relationship with Grand Chancellor Maryk.
With the Peacekeepers fully engulfed in war with the Scarrans, Grayza prefers to die than make peace. She even kills Maryk when he confides in her that he's considering surrender.
The situation falls out of her hands when John Crichton launches his wormhole weapon. Faced with the destruction of the entire universe, Grayza begrudgingly agrees to sign a peace treaty.
Comics
Grayza returns in the Farscape comic book, in the issue "Together Again for the First Time." Infected by the Whaela'an virus, she almost kills her baby before she's interrupted by a Peacekeeper officer.
When the Grennij invade the galaxy, Grayza aligns herself with them. She claims that after Crichton's destruction of Qujaga, and the subsequent Peacekeeper desertions, she is unable to curtail the Grennij invasion and thus has no choice. However, when it's revealed that the Grennij are only the shock troopers for the Kkore, Grayza is once again ousted. Admiral Josbek determines her irreversibly contaminated, and Aeryn Sun is appointed commandant.
With the help of some loyal PK soldiers, Grayza mutinies in "Twice More Unto the Breach." It is brief though, and she is soon taken into custody. Grayza goes on trial, and she and her daughter are permanently exiled.
