After hearing Big Bird speak harshly about what a clumsy bird he considers himself to be, Susan tells him through song why it's important to be nice to one's self. She sings that "yourself" is always there when you need them for help, to take a walk, or do other things. Big Bird starts to agree and joins in the song.
