Warren Blechstein is a Russian-accented Grouch dog breeder who appears in Episode 4127 of Sesame Street.

Blechstein has recently bred a new litter of grouch dogs named "rottendoodles." Grundgetta has gotten one named Itchy and calls Blechstein to Sesame Street to help Oscar, who is looking to get one himself. He provides Oscar with the last of the litter, a dog named Cranky. He also gives Oscar an instructional book and orders that he not be called if he has any further questions.

His name is a reference to pet behavior specialist and animal trainer Warren Eckstein. In the episode, he's only referred to as "Mr. Blechstein," but his first name appears in the episode's script.
