Vreena is a Sebacean nurse who serves the Scarran captain Jenek. She appears in the fourth season Farscape episodes "Prayer" and "Fetal Attraction." Vreena views her affiliation with the Scarrans as a method of survival, and lacks any interest as to who rules.

When Jenek captures Aeryn Sun, Vreena determines that she's pregnant. Vreena is subsequently charged with carrying out tests on Aeryn. Seemingly empathetic towards Aeryn at times, Vreena tries to convince Aeryn it would be easier if she cooperates. However, Vreena ultimately always carries out Jenek's bidding, even when it amounts to torture.

Later, when Jenek's ship docks at a security station before traveling to Katratzi, John Crichton convinces Vreena to look at an alleged cure for Hynerian dermaphollica, a disease quickly spreading throughout the station. In reality, this is a ploy to rescue Aeryn, and once he's on board Jenek's ship, Crichton knocks out Vreena. Though she comes to, Vreena succumbs to the disease some time afterward.
