The Singing Haystack is a minor character who only appeared in the Abby's Flying Fairy School episode "Pinocchio Process."
In the episode, Blögg was being chased by an angry donkey, so Abby and Gonnigan call Spot to find something to make the donkey happy. Spot then fetches them a video of the Singing Haystack singing about hay.
