Scoff was one of Cosmo Scam's henchmen in The Great Santa Claus Switch.
The puppet, known as the "Blue Bird Frackle" in Jim Henson's notes,[1] would later become a nameless Frackle on The Muppet Show.
In early seasons of The Muppet Show, it was often seen paired with the Green Bird Frackle.
