"One Small Flea" is a short aria performed by Renata Scotty, auditioning Bob to accompany her on piano in Sesame Street Episode 3518. Renata sings about her urgent need for someone to scratch the itches all over her body after being bitten by the titular flea.

The song is a parody of "Un Bel di Vedremo," a song from Madame Butterfly by Giacomo Puccini. Renata says that "One Small Flea" comes from Poochini's Madame Butterflea instead.
