One-Eye in "The Maltese Crichton"
"One-Eye" is the nickname given to one of Moya's DRDs on Farscape.
When John Crichton first boards Moya in "Premiere," a curious DRD climbs onto his Farscape 1 module. However, when the module catches fire, Crichton is forced to eject. The module's hatch (with the DRD still attached) launches across Moya's hangar. The peeved DRD is left with a broken eyestalk. At the end of the episode, Crichton repairs it with blue tape while recording a voice memo for his dad.
One-Eye reappears across all four seasons of the show. It notably activates Aeryn's Prowler in "The Maltese Crichton," trapping Kahaynu the Builder within the ship's intake.
Stark and Zhaan later use One-Eye to locate the origins of the storm signals in "Suns and Lovers," the only episode in which its name is spoken.
