Mark Sealey is a little person actor who was the suit performer for Buddy as a toddler in Buddy.
Sealey appeared in four Harry Potter movies, uncredited as a Gringotts goblin. He appeared in episodes of Casualty and the Warwick Davis series Life's Too Short, as well as the film Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows.
