Liddy is a Grouch plumber who appears in Episode 2971.

She works for Casablanca Plumbers and is hired to fix a broken water pipe in Oscar's trash can, which is now flooded. She is able to get some work done at the moment, but the rest of the job, including draining the can, must be done the next day, forcing Oscar and his pets to seek refuge elsewhere for the night. The following day, she makes all the repairs, but her water-draining device is broken. Fortunately, Snuffy is available to suck up all the water with his snuffle instead.
