Laura is a bird who appears in the "Monsterpiece Theater" presentation of "Twin Beaks."

She is seen dining with David Finch, when Agent Cookie Monster comes around to find out why the town is called "Twin Beaks." Although David refuses to answer and excuses himself, Laura nearly gives Cookie the answer he seeks. She is called away by David before she can fully explain, but tells Cookie to "ask the Log Bird."

The name is a reference to Laura Palmer, on whom the primary mystery on Twin Peaks centers.
