Merced, above and left of Elmo
Isabela Merced (b. 2001) is an actor who has featured in such films as Transformers: The Last Knight, Dora and the Lost City of Gold (as the titular character), Madame Web, Turtles All the Way Down, Alien: Romulus, and 2025's Superman.
While promoting the second season of The Last of Us, in which she plays Dina, Merced and her fellow Last of Us cast members took a selfie with Elmo and Cookie Monster at SXSW in 2025. Days later, the Sesame Street social media accounts posted a video of Cookie Monster presenting Merced and the cast with mushroom cookies. (Instagram)
