Hector Protector, also known as "The Man in Green," is the titular character of the Mother Goose Stories episode "Hector Protector."

Hector works as a gardener in the village. When an evil witch named Evelyn turns all the people in the kingdom into animals, Hector helps to save the day by providing Emily with some witch-bane.
