A Gomrex is an insect-like creature used by the Hynerian doctor Gaarn in the Farscape comic issue "Through a Glass, Weirdly."

Gaarn uses the Gomrex to look at D'Argo Sun-Crichton's vertebral column, because, according to him, "The Gomrex is best for examining the spines of land-bound upright walkers." Connected to a device and inserted into the patient's ear, it provides a live image of the vertebrae.
