Frannie is an Anything Muppet girl who first appears in Episode 0220. She is seen throughout the episode, mainly on the sidelines as she watches the adults make musical instruments from random objects. She gets a one-on-one lesson from Bob about how to make a harmonica from tissue paper and a comb.

She subsequently appeared in Episodes 0232 and 0233.

• In addition to being named after her performer, the puppet utilizes the same hairpiece that was used for Prairie Dawn, who would become Fran Brill's primary Sesame Street character.
