	SCENE 1	Gordon is shoveling the steps of 123 Sesame Street, annoyed that he has to do it again after another fresh snowfall. To keep warm, Gordon calls Maria, Big Bird, and the kids over to play a rhyming game. Gordon tells them to do something that rhymes with “mop” (hop) and “save” (wave). Big Bird does something that rhymes with "cheer": disappear, and he pops out of frame.

	SCENE 3	Gordon tells the viewer that Oscar is really good at getting angry. When he asks him to do so, Oscar gleefully refuses, sighting that he's feeling "singularly benign" today. In response, Gordon progressively gets more upset and shakes Oscar by the fur of his neck and shouts, "Oscar, you are a Grouch and you're supposed to get angry!" Oscar points out that that is angry.

	SCENE 4	Big Bird buys the next-to-last newspaper, and sees that Maria and Susan both want the last newspaper. He imagines them fighting over it like children, swinging punches at each other and ripping the newspaper to shreds. He goes to break up the "fight," only to find the two reading it together. Maria only wanted to see what was playing at the movies and lets Susan have the last newspaper, and both leave for some coffee. Big Bird, not wanting to partake in another fight, lets Gordon have his own paper.
