Connectables is a Sesame Street toy line first made by Tyco in 1997. Each set consists of three vehicles piloted by Sesame characters, and each vehicle connects to each other with magnets on the front and back of the vehicle. The "Racing Set" features Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Big Bird in race cars; the "Off-Road Set" pictures Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Ernie in off-road sport vehicles.
Two more sets were produced in 1999. The first includes Elmo, Grover, and Oscar the Grouch in train cars; the second features construction vehicles driven by Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Ernie. In 2001, the construction set was reissued by Fisher-Price as simply "Construction Playset", without the Connectables branding.
