Al Jaffee (1921-2023) was a cartoonist, best known for his work in MAD Magazine. He joined the staff of MAD in 1955 and created many well-known features, including the MAD fold-in and "Snappy Answers to Stupid Questions."

In 1970, he contributed illustrations to the new Sesame Street Magazine, along with fellow MAD illustrator Jack Davis.
